Edisons.com.au accepts Mastercard, Visa, and Paypal as payment methods. These payments can be facilitated via the Checkout process. Additionally, orders can be taken over the phone between Monday to Friday from 11am to 7pm (AEST - no public holidays). It's important to note that an order is only complete once payment has cleared. To prevent missing out, it's best to pay as soon as possible.

At Edisons, customers are entitled to return an item if they believe there is a problem. The responsibility of returning the item generally falls on the customer, especially if it can be posted or easily returned. For items collected from the warehouse, it is usually the buyer's responsibility to return the item for a warranty claim, although exceptions apply. If the product is confirmed to have a problem and is eligible for warranty, customers are entitled to recover reasonable postage or transportation costs, but a receipt will be required. Within 60 days of purchasing the item, Edisons may provide details allowing return of the item at no cost to the customer where freight costs apply. If the product failure is found not to fall within the warranty provisions or statutory rights provided, customers may be required to pay the transport and/or inspection costs. Returns are accepted in line with Edisons' warranty conditions.

For faulty items, customers should email support@edisons.com.au with their order number. Photos and/or videos of the item may also be requested to assist in the return process. Prior to returning any item, Edisons' Customer Service Department must first issue a Return Authorisation (RMA) number. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the product is packaged securely to prevent any damage during the return process.

If a customer changes their mind, they will receive a store credit for returned items. This also applies to orders cancelled when the item has already been dispatched from the warehouse. Edisons accepts Change of Mind returns for 14 days after the customer has received the item. The item must be in a re-saleable condition to qualify for a Change of Mind store credit. Store credit is valid for 12 months. Handling / Cancellation fees will apply at 20% of the purchase price. The refund amount will not include original freight costs.

Regarding the shipping policy, all products which indicate Free Shipping are free to pick-up from the Seven Hills warehouse. 98% of products are dispatched within 1 business day. Delivery takes 5-10 business days. The item will be sent via courier or Australia Post depending on its size and weight. Buyers have the full responsibility to provide Edisons with the correct delivery address and mobile phone number on the checkout page before payment. Any changes to address after checkout will not be considered as valid. Where authorised or requested by the customer or if no one is home, the courier or Australia Post may leave the package outside without signature, if safe to do so. Free Shipping is limited to most metropolitan areas based on the delivery postcode. Shipping Costs may apply to delivery areas outside of the Free Shipping postcode zones.
